We are a local business, inspiring our clients to embrace a more crafted approach to residential building projects. Our heart is in creating bespoke, personal homes. Whether that be a new home, a granny flat or a renovation, our small in house team of builders and designers work to create projects that are as unique as its owners. We focus on finding a balance between the brief, the budget, the location and the style in each new space we create.
We are all about big, achievable ideas for spaces. Modern life often means people are looking to design and build around the constraints of a small block, an existing home, or just simply want a space that better reflects their lifestyle or family. We see these "little" challenges as an opportunity to flex some creative muscle and achieve an individual and sometimes surprising solution.
Our favourite way to work is side by side with our clients. Together we collaborate to create a unique concept for each project. We start by meeting clients to look at their site or home, and then take a detailed brief (a wish list) for their new space. Then continue on developing and then finalising the building design, documentation, and selection of materials.
